What is Future Stars?

Future Stars is Sussex RTC’s exclusive entry-level development program, designed for young, motivated footballers ready to take the next step beyond school or grassroots football.

Our current focus is on Year 5 girls who already have some playing experience and are looking to grow in confidence, skill, and understanding in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Who is Future Stars For?

This season’s program is open to girls currently in Year 5 who meet the following:

• Have some existing football experience (school, grassroots or private coaching)

• Are committed to learning and eager to grow

• Thrive in structured, encouraging environments

• Want to take their game to the next level

Note: Players must be selected via the Future Stars application form. Spaces are limited.

Successful players may be invited to join Sussex RTC’s development pathway — where they’ll continue to receive elite-level coaching, matchday opportunities, and long-term support in the Junior Premier League (JPL).

For those not quite ready, we’ll provide feedback and invite them to stay connected through future sessions and training opportunities.
