As Sussex RTC continues to grow, we are expanding our boys development pathway for the 2026/27 season and are now welcoming expressions of interest from committed, player-focused coaches.

Sussex RTC operates as a Junior Premier League Regional Talent Centre, providing a structured, high-performance environment for players with ambition and potential. Our coaching team plays a vital role in delivering a clear, development-led pathway aligned with JPL standards.

We are seeking coaches who are passionate about long-term player development and who value professionalism, collaboration, and high standards on and off the pitch.

We’re particularly keen to hear from coaches who:

• Have experience or interest in academy-style or performance-led environments

• Understand the balance between development, challenge, and competition

• Are aligned with a pathway model rather than short-term results

Coaching roles are structured, supported, and aligned with RTC standards and safeguarding processes. Opportunities will be available across multiple age groups as the pathway expands
